Butler, England’s wicketkeeper, has been praised for his catch in the 2nd Ashes Test.
The England cricket team, led by Joe Root, is touring Australia and playing in the five-match Ashes Test series.
Australia beat England by 9 wickets in the first Ashes Test at the Kaaba in Brisbane.
It also took a 1-0 lead in the five-match Test series.
The 2nd Ashes Test match between the two teams started on December 16 at the Adelaide Oval.
Australian captain Pat Cummins has been ruled out of the 2nd Test due to contact with a corona infection.
Cummins has been replaced by Steve Smith as Australia captain. Australian captain Smith, who won the toss, chose to bat first.
Accordingly, the Australian team batted in the first innings, with Harris and Warner batting as the opening batsmen.
