Bynet Computer Communications wants to issue a value of NIS 800-900 million

Bynet Computer Communications wants to go public in the first half of 2022. The company is part of the Red-Bynet Group owned by the Zispel brothers and the group owns more than 20 technology companies that attribute an annual revenue of about $ 1.2 billion.

The offering will be led by Discount Capital and IBI. It is not yet clear what the structure of the offering will be and whether it will include a sale offer from the owner or an infusion of money into the company.
The estimated value of the issue will be NIS 800-900 million.

Bynet, managed by Alon Ben-Zur, offers end-to-end integration solutions and services for organizations and companies in the fields of cyber and information security, cloud services, data center, network management, etc. The company currently has about 700 employees and produces a turnover of over one billion shekels a year with a net profit of tens of millions of shekels.
