Amid the security crisis that the country is going through, the positive figures of both Boric and Tohá have seen a decline, according to the most recent Cadem survey.

The approval for President Gabriel Boric fell four points and stood at a 31% amid the security crisis, while the disapproval his management rose one point and reached and 61%as revealed by the latest Cadem survey.

According to the survey, 69% of those surveyed think that the government’s priority should be crimefollowed far behind by health (25%) and the economy (22%).

In that sense, 84% agree that the Armed Forces should collaborate in citizen security tasks and 67% support the idea of ​​declaring a State of Exception in the Metropolitan Region.

Cabinet evaluation

In another area, approval of the work of the Ministry of the Interior fell significantly. Thus, Minister Carolina Tohá fell six points and fell to 42%, while Undersecretary Manuel Monsalve dropped four points and reached 50%.

Meanwhile, 50% think that it should be only for all people eligible to vote, whether they are Chileans or foreign residents, while the other 50% think it should only be mandatory for Chileans.
