The ‘Best Bank Awards’ of the American magazine Global Finance have chosen CaixaBank ‘Best Bank in Spain 2023’ for the ninth consecutive year and ‘Best Bank in Western Europe 2023’ for the fifth consecutive time.

The ‘Best Bank Awards’ have been awarding banks around the world for 30 years for their leadership and for their innovation in products and services, among other aspects: the selection takes into account qualitative criteria, with the opinion of experts and consultants, and also quantitative, such as business growth and profitability.
The president of CaixaBank, Jose Ignacio Goirigolzarrihas highlighted that these international recognitions demonstrate “a very inclusive model close to people, which puts the customer at the center”, and has added the will to become a benchmark bank in sustainability in Europe, within the Strategic Plan 2022- 2024.
