CaixaBank, one of the main banking entities in Spain and Europe, has launched an offer of close to a thousand low-priced homes through its real estate portal.
The CaixaBank portal is called Come onand in it you can search your homes by price, by relevance and there is even a map of Spain that can be consulted.
In total, there are 958 homes between floors, duplexes and chalets and the price of them does not reach the 30.000 euros In most cases. They come from former owners and correspond to embargo or mortgage defaults.
CaixaBank offers the possibility of acquiring the 100% of the mortgage, as long as the buyer proves his solvency and the mortgage does not represent more than 35% of the buyer’s monthly income.
House prices hover between 9,000 euros and 28,000 euros and the buyer has to assume 10% of the purchase and sale expenses, which correspond to whoever acquires it.

- Apartment for sale in Onda, in Castellón, for a discounted value of 14,500 euros.
- Semi-detached duplex in Moratalla, in Murcia, for a price of 15,000 euros.
- Terraced house in Gálvez, in Toledo, for a glass of 19,900 euros with a discount.
- Apartment in Horcajo de Santiago, in Cuenca, for a discounted price of 22,800 euros.
- Semi-detached house in Jimena, in Jaén, for a value of 27,400 euros with a discount.
