The Ministry of Public Health, through the Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies, invites suppliers to participate in the process of elaboration of the Market Study for “BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION OF LICENSES FOR THE PROTECTION AND RESPONSE OF COMPUTER THREATS FOR THE END USER/EQUIPMENT – ENDPOINT DETECTION AND RESPONSE (EDR) FOR THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC HEALTH AT THE CENTRAL PLANT”

This market study will be used to define the referential budget prior to the publication of the contracting process.

The referential price of the services must consider the following aspects:

1. The technical specifications, scope and other requested requirements can be found in Annex 1 →
2. The validity of the quote must not be less than 120 days;
3. The source of financing will be made with resources from the Inter-American Development Bank, so the bidders must belong to the IDB member countries;
4. The offer must be submitted for the entire contract;
5. This process does not contemplate the readjustment of prices.

DDESCRIPTION OF THE GOOD/SERVICE

The Ministry of Public Health requires “ACQUIRE THE SUBSCRIPTION OF LICENSES FOR THE PROTECTION AND RESPONSE OF COMPUTER THREATS FOR THE END USER/EQUIPMENT – ENDPOINT DETECTION AND RESPONSE (EDR) FOR THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC HEALTH IN THE CENTRAL PLANT”, to be installed in a total of 979 end user equipment and servers, in order to identify, detect, contain, investigate, analyze, eliminate and prevent advanced computer threats (known and unknown such as viruses, trojans, worms, keyloggers, rasomware, malware, infectious files) in time real, that has the following considerations and technical specifications:
