CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR A CERTIFICATION AND SAFETY MANAGER
La Guinéenne de Monétique (GuiM) is a Group which brings together the Central Bank and all credit institutions, and whose head office is located in Conakry in the Republic of Guinea.
Its purpose is to set up the electronic and digital Switch.
In this context, GuiM is recruiting:
Responsible for Certification and Security.
Terms and conditions :
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following conditions:
Be available immediately, Be aged at most 30, Have Guinean nationality.
The successful candidate will be hired under a Permanent Contract (CDI), with a trial period of three (3) months.

PERMANENT MISSION OF THE POSITION
La Guinéenne de Monétique (GuiM) is a GIE whose main mission is the establishment and management of the electronic and digital switch of the Republic of Guinea, which, through this international call for tender, is looking for a Certification manager and Security.
CONDITIONS GENERALES
Missions–Ensure the management and proper completion of connection work for participants, responsible for accreditation and the quality of reports issued for Certification;
–Contact person for testing and certification of subcontractors and test tool suppliers. Description of main activities Administration / Quality
Manage relationships, domestic and international payment schemes, etc.;
-Validate the admissibility of request files from banks, equipment manufacturers, telecom operators, etc.;
-Manage subcontractors and partners;
-Validate the qualification of installers and maintainers;
-Validate the training of web merchants;
-Monitor the validity and expiration dates of certificates;
-Participate in the drafting and updating of procedures;
-Contribute to the development and updating of procedures;
-Contribute to the development and updating of the operational risk map of the technology function.
Managements
Lead and manage your team;
-Participate in the recruitment process of certification teams;
-Train staff in work processes within their scope;
-Define clear objectives for employees, by challenging them and validating the action plans proposed by them;
-Develop the skills of employees under your responsibility by managing annual evaluations and ensuring the development of their potential. Internal and external relations -All staff;
-Member of GuiM, Clients, consultants, service providers, partners (national and foreign), auditors, social organizations, insurance companies, health structures. Required Qualifications Academic training
Have a Bac+5, computer/electronics/automation engineer.
Relevant professional experience
Have at least 5 years of experience in software and electronic banking development/testing;
-Have mastery of the domestic and international certification process;
-Have knowledge of EMV specs, EMV testing specs, domestic and international payment scheme specs;
-Have knowledge of ISO8583 message exchange protocols. Skills and qualities required
