The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation has obtained, as part of the implementation of the activities of its 2024 action plan, funds under a Special Allocation Budget (BAS) for which it is the authorizing authority, financed by technical and financial partners (PME-UNICEF-AFD) in order to contribute to the financing of the first phase of the Ten-Year Education Program in Guinea, and intends to use, on behalf of the Mory Kante Higher Institute of Arts in Dubréka (ISAMK-D), part of these funds to make payments under the contract for the supply of equipment for a
ISAMK-D Audio-visual studio in a single lot for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days.
