Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 – Terminated launches on August 5 at 5 PM PT, bringing a major Terminator 2: Judgment Day crossover event. The update features T-800 and T-1000 Operator skins, new multiplayer modes, Battle Royale Lockdown on Rebirth Island, and a refreshed Nuketown map based on Black Ops 6.
Terminator 2 Crossover and the It Goes Two Store Offer
The machines are taking over mobile devices as Activision partners with the iconic sci-fi franchise for a thematic update. Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 – Terminated adds plenty of Terminator 2-related content ahead of the 1991 sequel’s theatrical rerelease, which runs from August 28 to September 2, 2026.
Players can acquire the supersized It Goes Two
store package featuring Operator skins for both the T-800 and T-1000. Unlocking both operators immediately upgrades them from Epic to Legendary quality. The bundle also grants a Kill Counter switch and a lobby animation that lets players swap between the two forms both in-match and in the lobby. Additional gear in the offer includes the Model T-800’s pump-action Shotgun, HS0405 – Final Judgement, and the Model T-1000’s lethal armament, BP50 – Mimetic Execution Legendary Weapon Blueprints.
Alongside the store bundle, a dedicated themed event tasks players with earning Cyberdyne Tech by completing daily tasks. Accumulating these points unlocks more than 15 Epic-tier rewards, culminating in the Blackjack – Endoskeleton Operator Skin.
New Multiplayer Modes, Map Refreshes, and Battle Royale Lockdown
Beyond the sci-fi collaboration, the update injects fresh gameplay across both core pillars of the shooter. Multiplayer adds Operator Skill Overdrive, a free-for-all party mode challenging players to collect, upgrade, and fuse Operator Skills to build powerful loadouts. Another addition, Hardpoint: Mayhem, accelerates the traditional objective mode by assigning each player a specialized role as teams fight for control of fixed objectives.

The classic Nuketown map receives a comprehensive visual overhaul, incorporating upgraded lighting, materials, and exterior details sourced directly from the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 version of the map.
Over in Battle Royale, the action shifts to Rebirth Island for a new mode called Lockdown. This objective-based ruleset features respawns, rotating scoring zones, and High Value Zones that award double points for teams holding them.
Terminated Battle Pass and Seasonal Rewards
The Season 7 Battle Pass introduces the new Cronen Squall Assault Rifle and the Overload Battle Royale class on its free tiers. Premium Pass holders gain access to cybernetic and resistance-themed Operator Skins, including Ether — Cyborg Rebel, Demir — The Mech Hunter, Ripper — Broadcast, and a Synaptic Reskin. Players can also pursue token rewards through the Season 7 Challenge Pass.

Additional events roll out throughout the update window. The Arcade Event introduces fresh rewards for Arcade mode, while COD Points Rush offers weekly missions allowing participants to earn time-limited COD Points.
Weapon Armory Draws and Store Sales
Weapon collectors have several new lucky draws and armory series to browse. The Undead Legion Series Armory introduces four Weapon Blueprints inspired by ancient weaponry, including swords, spears, flails, and scythes. Specific draws highlighted in the update include the Krig6 — Revenant Vanguard, FFAR — Revenant Reavers, MG82 — Revenant Warlords, and SKS — Revenant Conquerors.
Players can also test their luck on the Cronen Squall Lucky Draw to unlock the Cronen Squall — Widow’s Bite Weapon Blueprint. This weapon pairs with the Lyra — Widow’s Sentinel Operator Skin, which equips the cybernetic character with blades at her shoulders and back. Meanwhile, the in-game store hosts a Summer Sale with discounts on various Strongboxes, and three past Battle Passes enter the Vault: 2nd Anniversary (2020), Tropical Vision (2022), and Eternal Ghost (2024).
