The moment One Direction singer Liam Payne fell was caught on security cameras. This was stated to the press by Argentine journalist Paula Varela.

Payne lost his life this month at the CasaSur Hotel in Buenos Aires.

According to Varela, video cameras show Liam falling from the third floor, something authorities have so far kept secret. Paula also said that a worker at the hotel had been in contact with Payne in the hours before he died and is currently under investigation. It is believed that it was the man who supplied him with drugs on the night of October 16.

On the show Socios del Espectaculo, Paula commented: “The authorities have footage of Liam’s fall. It’s not publicly available, but it’s clear he’s on it. He didn’t jump on purpose. He was seen losing consciousness before he went down. What refers to the man who supplied the contractor with drugs that night – he is currently under investigation and has been suspended.”

In an earlier statement, prosecutors working on the case also confirmed that when Liam fell, he was unconscious, induced by the drugs he had taken previously.

The head of the state’s emergency medical system, Alberto Crescenti, explained to the Argentine TV channel Todo Noticias: “As a result of the fall, he suffered injuries incompatible with life. There was no way to do anything.”

The toxicology report states that Payne did not try to protect himself during the fall, which resulted in both external and internal bleeding, writes dir.bg.

Recently, it became clear that the former member of 1D used the so-called “pink cocaine” – a combination of methamphetamine, ketamine and MDMA.
