Phil Bauhaus would like to win a stage on his first participation in the Tour de France. For that he would have to beat the currently fastest man in the world.

Despite the superiority of Jasper Philipsen, sprinter Phil Bauhaus believes in a stage win in the Tour de France.
“He’s already the strongest. But I think you can beat him, but it’s definitely not easy,” said the 29-year-old of the German Press Agency. “I haven’t won a stage yet, but I still believe in it.” Today is the next opportunity for a bunch sprint in Moulins.
Philipsen’s supremacy: “If it runs, then it runs with a sprinter,” says Bauhaus about its Belgian opponent.
