What is the fuss about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II?
If you haven’t been following the name of Call of Duty games lately, let us explain it to you. In 2009, Activision released the sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare called Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Later, in 2019, the studio decided to remake the series with a modern Call of Duty: Modern Warfare sequel. This year’s game is a sequel to that part.
The main Modern Warfare remake has been received with great acclaim, with fans confirming that it has managed to reach the levels of the ancient Legendary Parts. This is what makes the new sequel so exciting. In addition, this is the last Call of Duty game before the series gets its first rest from the annual release schedule we are accustomed to. Modern Warfare II is the game that should get us enough attention until 2024. Third and finally, Modern Warfare II will also bring the upgraded version of the hugely popular battle royale: Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 with its free PC release on November 16.
Where can I buy Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II?
On PC, you can buy Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II via Steam for $69.99 now. This is the first time in many years that a game from the series has appeared on the Valve PC store, as recently we used to see releases only through the well-known Activision Blizzard store Battle.net. The Vault Edition will cost you $99.99, and it comes with early access to Story Mode, additional Operators, a new weapon, and free Battle Pass levels. Although Activision is currently being acquired by Microsoft, Modern Warfare II is also available on PlayStation platforms.

How do you play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II?
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II offers full controller support, as well as mouse and keyboard compatibility, for those who prefer more precision in their shooting. There’s no word on Steam Deck compatibility, but we haven’t seen more Call of Duty games support that mobile yet.
