Ottawa: The International Business Network’s Canada Global Forum British Columbia, an international business network, has called on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to emulate Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in handling the truck strike in Canada. The organization tweeted that the government’s stance on the Canadian truck drivers’ strike, called the Freedom convoy 2022, was “painful”.
It is now remembered that the Government of India handled the agitation following the implementation of the Agrarian Law in India. The Narendra Modi-led Indian government sought to resolve the issue peacefully in a democratic manner. Trudeau’s advice to the Indian government during the uprising in India is now remembered. Sadly, they accused Trudeau of not even trying to follow his own advice. They also demanded that Trudeau set an example for Modi in dealing with the struggle for democracy in Canada.
Truck drivers and other activists are now protesting in Canada against Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s order that 90 percent of Canadians are vaccinated, so truck drivers traveling between the United States and Canada must be vaccinated. The protesters also demanded the removal of Kovid restrictions.
