Joyn’s premium subscription lasts for one month. If you want to cancel Joyn, you should pay attention to a specific date.
You no longer use your Joyn subscription and therefore want to cancel it? The type of cancellation depends on how you took out your subscription. You can cancel your Joyn subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect for the next renewal period. With our tips, you can end your contract in just a few steps.
If you pay for your subscription with Klarna, PayPal or credit card, you can cancel via your customer account. To do so, proceed as follows:
Tipp: On the Joyn website you will find a button that says “Cancel subscription here”. Clicking this button will automatically take you to the next steps.
If you have taken out your subscription via the iPhone, cancel it in the Apple App Store. Please note that uninstalling the app is not enough; you still have to pay.
Tipp: Cancel your subscription via Mac, use the correct Apple ID. Go to “Account Settings > Manage > Subscriptions > Edit” to get to the desired section. Cancel your Joyn subscription and save the settings.
The subscription can also be taken out via the Google App Store. In this case, that is the right place to cancel.
To use Joyn Plus on the Fire TV, you take out a subscription through Amazon. To cancel this subscription, you need access to your Amazon account.
Example: Your subscription would automatically renew on May 15th. You have until May 14th at 11:59 p.m. to cancel. If you miss the deadline, your subscription will continue for another month.
