Holidays in Portugal have a taste of… the Bordeaux region. Bérangère, 51, Damien, her husband, 48, and their two children, 17 and 20, had planned to spend a week on the island of Madeira. Their Transavia flight was to take off from Orly on Sunday July 2 at 6:55 a.m. The family, originally from Cheniers (Marne), had arrived the day before, had left the car in the parking lot… Alas! At 11 p.m. on Saturday evening, a text message, received on all holidaymakers’ mobile phones, informs them that their flight has been cancelled.
