Share prices of Capitec Grameen Bank Growth Fund, listed in the mutual fund sector, fell the most among the companies and mutual funds that participated in trading on the country’s main capital market Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) in the outgoing week (June 30 to July 4). The company’s shares topped DSE’s weekly price decliners list as investors waned.

This information was revealed on the basis of DSE’s weekly market review on Saturday (July 6).

According to the data, the share price of the company fell by 10.34 percent in the outgoing week. The closing price of the company’s shares was Rs 17.40 in the previous week. And at the end of the farewell week, the closing price of the company stood at Tk 15.60. As a result, the company’s shares topped DSE’s weekly price decliners list.

Other companies that topped the list of weekly price decliners on DSE were- Rupali Life Insurance 7.51 percent, Atlas Bangladesh 7.32 percent, Pragati Life Insurance 6.28 percent, Al-Hajj Textile 5.52 percent, BIFC 5.26 percent, Shares of Linde Bangladesh fell by 4.35 percent, MBL First Mutual Fund by 4.08 percent, Trust Islami Life Insurance by 3.81 percent and Jute Spinners by 3.73 percent.
