The Committee of Trustees of CAPM BDBL Mutual Fund, listed in the mutual fund sector of the capital market, has announced non-disbursement of dividend to unit holders.

This decision has been taken for the unit holders after reviewing the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024.

On Sunday (September 1), this information was revealed by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE).

Earlier, the decision on the dividend was taken after reviewing and approving the last year’s audited financial report at the fund’s trustee committee meeting held on Thursday (August 15).

The record date for distribution of the declared dividend to unit holders has been fixed on 24 September.

During the year under review, the loss per unit (EPU) of the mutual fund stood at Rs 1.56 as compared to the profit per unit (EPU) of Rs 0.53 in the same period of the previous financial year. The fund’s net asset value per unit (NAVPU) at market value for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 was Rs 8.81.

CAPM (Capital and Portfolio Management) Limited is acting as the asset manager of the fund.
