Four voices and the same passion for music. Chiara, Federica, Valentina and Marta are the names of the artists of the “Complesso di Elettra”, a musical group that, for two years now, has brought to the stage, in an original guise, the songs of great Italian and international singer-songwriters.
On an evening like any other, in the beloved living room of their house where they often found themselves spending time together, to the sound of guitar, tambourine and voice, a musical project was born, all to be discovered.
Past and present blend perfectly in the performances of the electrics. Gabriella Ferri, Giuni Russo and the Spice Girls are some of the major singers from whom they continuously draw inspiration.
A varied repertoire that embraces, in a personal way, the complexity of the female universe. Each single piece, chosen by the girls, acquires new life because it is as if it were rewritten and adapted to the singing characteristics of each of them.
Regardless of the context, whether it is a festival or a house concert, the “Complesso di Elettra” manages to give vent to its creativity and give the audience moments of pure light-heartedness and reflection.
Tonight, together with other artists, the electrics will sing and play for the Ittica Festival in Piazza Blasco d’Aragona, in the Paladino municipality.
Despite their work commitments, the four artists decided to invest time and energy in the creation of a project that gives voice to the stories of many women, including their own.
