Captured in East Village Frank James wanted in subway shooting

by time news

Time.news – Frank R. James, 63, was walking the streets of the East Village of Manhattan, as if nothing had happened. It was a passer-by who recognized him on Canal Street and photographed him with his cell phone, then sounding the alarm to a patrol of police, who arrested James in St. Marks Place, between North Houston Street and the Ukrainian Village.

This was reported by the New York police, who called a press conference. Twenty-four hours earlier, James had thrown two tear gas grenades and shot at passengers on an N Line train in Brooklyn, injuring ten people and indirectly injuring thirteen others.
