A car bomb had exploded at an Iraqi police recruiting center at Ukraine on Friday. The car was parked near the House of Culture in the heart of the city. The Russian military says there were no casualties but three people were injured. Meanwhile, French Foreign Minister Catherine Cologne arrived in Ukraine yesterday. Catherine Bucha will visit the city. Ambulances and trucks will be handed over to the authorities.
He will also meet with Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Selensky and Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba. French government sources said the visit was to show solidarity with the Ukrainian people. Russia, meanwhile, has stepped up its offensive in the eastern part of Ukraine.
