On Thursday morning at 08:17, SOS received an alarm that a car and a school bus collided head-on. The bus, which carried 13 school children, ended up on its side in a ditch after the collision. According to the emergency services, only the bus driver was taken to the hospital, and the children had to climb out of the window and were taken to a medical center for evaluation. The alarm came in to SOS at 08.17 on Thursday morning that a school bus and a car had collided head-on. After the collision, the bus, with 13 school children, ended up on its side a few meters into a ditch.
According to the emergency services, only the bus driver has been taken to hospital. The children had to climb out of the window and have been taken to a medical center for a check-up.
– The children have received fairly minor injuries, says Andreas Beijer at the rescue service.
It is slippery and muddy at the scene, the rescue service says.
Police, emergency services and four ambulances are at the scene. The road is still completely closed at 09:00 on Thursday.
