Indian TV and film actor Saheb Bhattacharya has been affected by a terrible road accident. The accident took place on Saturday (August 24) night at James Long Sarani in Kolkata.
According to an Indian media, Saheb Bhattacharya was returning home from Joka after the shooting of ‘Katha’ serial last night. As he did not have his own car with him, his assistant booked a cab on the app. James Long was overtaking a car at Sarani when the cab hit the road divider. A speeding car overturns. Sahib was slightly injured in the accident. But the actor’s assistant was seriously injured. His hand was cut deep by the glass.
In this regard, Mr. Bhattacharya said, ‘I was discharged by the doctors of the local hospital after primary treatment. But my assistant was hospitalized. He returned home today.’
Sir cannot forget the memory of this sudden accident. The actor said, ‘Let’s be surprised! Then the car started to move forward in that condition for some more distance. I was taken out by breaking the car door.’
The local police reached the spot immediately after the accident. Mr. Bhattacharya said, ‘Perhaps the driver was driving under the influence of alcohol.’ The actor speculated that the driver may have been arrested. However, this actor did not complain to the police in this incident.
Praising the passers-by, Mr. Bhattacharya said, ‘I could not find my two phones, shooting bag, anything. They found it all. I am proud to see that people still stand by each other in danger in the city of Kolkata.’
