TV chef and adventurer Brian Bojsen is traveling through Europe in search of inspiration for his new cookbook: for the native Dane, Slovenia has always been a white spot on the culinary map. The large variety of landscapes in the small republic, which stretches from the high mountains to the Adriatic coast, is reflected in its wealth of local specialties. At a height of one thousand meters, Brian goes in search of berries and herbs for a very special kind of gin.
