TV chef and adventurer Brian Bojsen is drawn to the land of a thousand lakes and red wooden houses: in Sweden, the native Dane is looking forward to exploring the culinary wealth of the north. Mustard is an integral part of Scandinavian cuisine. Brian visits a couple who have perfected the cultivation of the precious spice grains and is allowed to take part in a sweet and spicy tasting. He also bakes his own crispbread and hopes for luck fishing.
