loads, The titling of rural lands aims to reduce the inequality of access to land in the rural sector, through the massive legalization of land ownership in the national territory, to promote sustainable agricultural development, and allow producers to have access to all the benefits that this state portfolio provides.
To meet this objective, farmers from the Los Andes parish, from the La Piedra community, learned the minimum requirements to access the legalization of properties that do not have deeds and are intended for agricultural production. The socialization was carried out by the District Director of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) in Carchi, Alexander Reina, in coordination with the technicians of the Rural Land and Ancestral Territories Regularization Project.
Alexander Reina reported on the benefits that the MAG offers, in order to contribute to the promotion of sustainable agricultural development.
Óscar Bernal, president of the La Piedra community, thanked the District Director and Project technicians and suggested continuing with this socialization to articulate the work with the producers in the area.
He considered that by having a public deed, the producers would put aside the concern generated by not having the title to the land, in addition to the fact that in the future the heirs will not have any type of legal problems regarding the property.
