San Salvador. Four Samsung executives from Latin America talk about their careers in the multinational and how they reconcile career and motherhood.

Milene Gomes, Director of Trade and Visual Merchandising of the Consumer Electronics division of Samsung Brazil; Vanessa Coutinho, Senior Director of Mobile Experience Sales at Samsung Brazil; Lizeth Cárdenas, Manager of the mobile supply chain of Samsung Peru; and Victoria Casasola, Marketing Manager of Samsung Central America and the Caribbean, share their perspectives, challenges and lessons learned.

Victoria Casasola recognizes that motherhood is a unique experience and entails many responsibilities that are often difficult to reconcile with a busy professional life. However, she reveals that she has always found support for her growth and maturation within the company, which has been fundamental in her career.
