Carín León, originally from Hermosillo, Sonora, and now recognized as one of the most influential Mexican artists globally, will kick off the tour on Wednesday, May 20, with two consecutive nights at the Payne Arena in Hidalgo, Texas. The tour, presented by AEG Presents, is scheduled to conclude on October 9 in Portland, Oregon.
A Return to the Stage & A Connection with Fans
The upcoming tour marks León’s return to the United States following the success of his 2024 Boca Chueca Tour, which captivated audiences in major arenas, including Madison Square Garden in New York and drew over 70,000 fans to RODEOHOUSTON. “Coming back to the United States and Canada to reconnect with my people fills me with emotion,” León stated. “I’m arriving with new songs and all the history we’ve built together. We’re preparing a very special production so we can feel closer than ever. From Sonora to the world… see you soon, my people.”
Notably, the tour schedule does not include a stop in Miami, a detail that has surprised some fans. However, the tour will encompass dozens of cities across the U.S., including Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Orlando, and Los Angeles, with a single, exclusive Canadian show planned for Hamilton.
Prioritizing Fans with New Ticketing System
To combat the issue of ticket scalping and ensure genuine fans have access, León is partnering with Openstage Ticket Unlock, a system designed to reward loyal fans with priority or preferred access based on verified engagement. This innovative approach moves away from traditional mass presale codes, instead providing each fan with personalized access tied to their verified identity. A limited number of exclusive VIP packages and upgrades will be available starting Tuesday, February 10, at 10:00 a.m. local time. These packages may include floor tickets with reserved seating, exclusive Carín León merchandise, and other premium benefits.
