The Dakar Rally, the most demanding race in the world, begins on January 5, which will be postponed until the 19th of the same month.
There, once again, will be Carlos Sainz, who at 61 will seek his fourth crown among the dunes.
“The objective is to try to win,” says the driver in an exclusive interview with ‘Jugones’.
“You have to accelerate. You can’t go like: ‘I’m going to try to finish,'” Sainz added.
With the more evolved electric Audi, the Madrid native believes that “there are more options”: “We hope to fight head-to-head with conventional cars.”
