Since carob contains a lot of sugar, which is one of the best natural types found in natural white honey and fruits, you can prepare carob molasses at home in an easy and natural way to get its miraculous benefits.
1 cup ground carob
How to prepare:
Put the carob powder in a large bowl, cover with hot water and mix well.
Cover and let the mixture sit for at least a day, making sure to stir during the first hour of mixing the carob with the water.
You can add more water if needed.
Strain the carob juice with a soft cloth and pour it into a large bowl.
Place the saucepan over low heat and leave for a few hours until the juices thicken.
Take the carob molasses off the stove and let it cool down, then store it in a glass container until use.
