We think that if we can make Pina Manique profitable, it could help finance 50% of the works. The rest will have to go through our partners», he said.
All these bureaucratic processes suffered difficulties, which delayed the return of Casa Pia to Pina Manique. Still, Tiago Lopes guarantees that he wants the team to return home next season.
