Casablanca: Tribute to motorcycle sports professionals
Casablanca – The Moto Dada’s Bike club organized a ceremony in Casablanca on Saturday evening in tribute to champions of motorcycle sport, as well as personalities who have contributed to the promotion of this sporting discipline.
Organized on the sidelines of the holding of the annual ordinary general meeting of this club affiliated to the Royal Moroccan Motorcycling Federation (FRMM), this tribute was paid to the sports journalist Abdelhaq Bihat, to the president of the Moto club in Kenitra and former president of the FRMM, Abdellah Laâraichi as well as Moroccan speed champions.
In a statement to the press, Khalil Kadimi, president of the Moto Dada’s Bike club, indicated that the holding of the annual ordinary general meeting of this club is an opportunity each year to pay tribute to all the actors who contribute to the promotion of this sporting discipline on the national and international levels.
After reviewing the achievements of the national champions in Motocross, he assured that his club seeks to promote motorized sport by encouraging young people to practice it and thus give them the opportunity to better represent their country in international competitions.
Those concerned by this tribute have, in turn, expressed their joy for this recognition of the efforts and achievements to their credit, noting that this further strengthens their determination to promote this sport.
