Ulundharpet: The police have registered a case against 6 people, including the tahsildar, who issued fake inheritance certificates near Ulundharpet.

Maria Chlora, 54, from Erayur next to Ulundharpet, Kallakurichi district; She is a nurse in Mumbai. She sent the money she earned to Arogyaswamy’s sons Josephraj and Arogyadas in Erayyur. As Maria Chlora’s son is a minor, both Josephraj and Arogyadas appointed their mother Christian Mary as guardian and bought land.

In this case, Christian Mary died on August 17, 2019. Meanwhile, except for their sisters, Maria Glora and Pushpa, both of them have obtained a fake inheritance certificate on 17th August 2021 as the only heirs. They have sold the land using that certificate. Knowing this, Maria Glora, who issued the fake inheritance certificate, Tahsildar, Revenue Inspector, V.A. O., and filed a complaint with the Elavansurkot police against 6 people including brothers.

Tahsildar Velmurugan, Revenue Inspector Venkatajalapathi, VAO, Amarnath, Josabraj, Arogya Das and his wife Anthonysamy are being investigated by the police. Tahsildar Velmurugan is currently working in Villupuram.
