Kochi: Actor Dileep is the main conspirator in the case of attacking the actress, says the prosecution in the high court. According to the prosecution, the attack on the actress was an extraordinary case and the citation for sexual harassment was the first in history.
Conspiracy to kill investigating officers is unusual. The prosecution alleged that Dileep had tried to sabotage the case at every stage. The prosecution stated its position in the affidavit filed in the high court against Dileep’s anticipatory bail.
The prosecution has opposed the anticipatory bail of six accused, including Dileep, in a case of attempted assault on an investigating officer in connection with the attack on the actress. The prosecution had strongly opposed the anticipatory bail applications of Dileep, his brother Anoop, brother-in-law Suraj, cousin Appu, friend Baiju Chengamanadu and Sarath.
