CBCID police on Saturday raided the homes of eight people, including four boys arrested in a case of sexual abuse of a girl near Virudhunagar. He has also been shifted to Madurai Central Jail, 4, where he was lodged in the Srivilliputhur branch jail.
Her boyfriend Hariharan, Sunaid Ahmed, Madasamy, Praveen and 4 boys were arrested in connection with the sexual abuse of a teenager near Virudhunagar. The case is currently being investigated by the CPCIT police.
Initially, the CBCID police registered a case against the 8 arrested in this case in 6 sections. The case is currently being investigated by the CPCIT Superintendent of Police led by the Chief Minister. Initially, the victim was interrogated on Friday.
The CBCID Superintendent of Police on Saturday conducted an inquiry into the case with Assistant Superintendent of Police Achchana, who handled the case at an early stage. In it he asked for details about the confession given by the victim woman and those who had sexually harassed her.
Later, a team from the CPCIT inspected the drug store where the teen was sexually abused.
Further, CPCIT police led by Rajakumari, Jankennadi and Savithri raided the homes of the eight arrested persons, including Harikaran and Sunaid Ahmed. In it, he has examined the computer and laptop in the homes of some people. They are also said to be investigating their friends.

Madurai Jail: Meanwhile, 4 school children arrested in this case are being held at a children’s home in Ramanathapuram. Hariharan, Sunaid Ahmed, Madasamy and Praveen, who were arrested in the case and lodged in the Srivilliputhur branch jail, were taken to the Madurai Central Jail on Saturday under heavy security and lodged there.
