jpnn.comBATANG – The Batang Regency Government, Central Java is recruiting 602 prospective state civil servants (CASN) positions.
The formation in the 2024 CASN selection in Batang consists of 184 CPNS and 418 government employees with work agreements (PPPK).
Head of the Batang Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Dwi Riyanto said that the procurement of the formation had gone through a series of discussions with the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) and the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB).
“The number of formations has taken into account ASN who will retire and the regional financial capacity, and emphasizes the importance of careful planning in determining the quota,” said Dwi in Batang, Saturday (3/8).
He explained that of the total 602 positions, there was a fairly balanced distribution, namely 184 CPNS consisting of 162 technical personnel positions and 22 health personnel positions.
Then, 418 PPPK candidates consist of 161 teacher formations, 103 health workers, and 154 technical personnel formations.
“Yes, for teacher recruitment we allocate it to government employees with work agreements,” he said.
Dwi Riyanto said this step was part of the government’s efforts to strengthen the education and health sectors in the regions.
