The squad of São Paulo reappeared this Monday afternoon (21st) and began preparations for the duel with LDU, which will take place next Thursday (24th), at 7 pm, in Quito, for the CONMEBOL quarterfinals South American.
After the draw with Botafogo, Saturday (18), at Morumbi, for the Brazilian Championship, the players had Sunday (20) free and today they returned to work at the Barra Funda Training Center.
The day began with a physical circuit as a warm-up led by coaches Celso Rezende and Pedro Campos.
Next, the players carried out two technical activities on a reduced pitch, one of which involved tackling and finishing the goal with numerical majority and the other in possession of the ball, led by coach Dorival Júnior and assistants Lucas Silvestre and Pedro Sotero.
The last part of training was tactical work, 11 against 11, on a reduced field.
The players who played most of the duel with Botafogo only did the first series of work and then went to a regenerative complement in the inner part of the CT.
