Castellón, August 21, 2024.- The First Section of the Castellón Provincial Court has repeated the sentence of a thief to four years in prison for the offense of four other robberies in just eleven days, between September 30 and October 10, 2023. The sentence was set aside. down after a trial held on June 26 with the agreement of the parties, in which the accused admitted the facts and accepted the punishment requested by the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The Court understands in the behavior of the accused, as stated in that agreement between the defense and the public prosecution, the mitigating factor of acting due to a serious addiction to narcotic substances.
