In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Grants, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Grants Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/698992)

First. Beneficiaries:

Being a teaching official of teachings regulated by Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education in active service or on leave of absence due to family care, gender violence or terrorist violence.

Be a teaching officer in special services.

Being teaching courses regulated by Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education in a center supported with public funds or being in a situation that can be assimilated to those described in sections 1 and 2.

Being specialized support personnel in a center supported with public funds where education regulated by Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education is taught.

Teaching officials assigned to the Educational Action Programs Abroad of the

Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.

For the course on the development of the management function:

Being an official with a teaching career regulated by Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education and having been appointed as such prior to September 1, 2016.

Not already be accredited or authorized to exercise the function of management.

For the “eTwinning Embassy” course, the applicant must meet three of the four requirements:

Have received the National Quality Seal on at least two occasions or, if applicable, the eTwinning National Award before the 2014 eTwinning National Awards.

Have taken a course on eTwinning of a minimum of 10 hours duration convened by one of the competent Educational Administrations.

Having given on at least 2 occasions, at least 1 hour of training on International Projects/Erasmus/eTwinning in an activity convened by one of the competent Educational Administrations.

eTwinning ambassador certificate issued by the Autonomous Community.

For the course “Updating management skills”:

Being a career civil servant of any of the teachings regulated by Organic Law 2/2006, of May 3, on Education and having been appointed as such prior to September 1, 2018.

Being in one of the three situations described below:

Having passed the training on the development of the management function or the corresponding refresher courses, as regulated in Royal Decree 894/2014, of October 17, prior to December 29, 2020.

Being in possession of an accreditation or qualification for the management of public educational centers issued prior to the entry into force of Organic Law 3/2020, of December 29 and not having completed training on the development of the management function or the corresponding refresher courses, as regulated in Royal Decree 894/2014, of October 17, after December 29, 2020.

Accredit an experience of at least two years in the management function with a positive evaluation of the Education Inspection Service and not having passed the training on the development of the management function or the corresponding refresher courses, as regulated in Royal Decree 894 /2014, of October 17, after December 29, 2020.

Second. Object:

5,600 places are called, under a competitive concurrence regime, for the completion of online tutored courses for the permanent training of teachers and the training course on the development of the management function, which will be developed in a single edition.

Third. Regulatory Bases:

Order ECI/1305/2005, of April 20 (BOE of May 12), on the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies under a competitive bidding regime.

Room. Amount:

The maximum amount allocated will be 521,725.00 euros distributed in two annuities, 336,225.00 euros for 2023 and 185,500.00 euros for the 2024 annuity.

Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications:

The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days for each of the editions of the courses and will begin on the first business day after the publication of this resolution.

Sixth. Other data:

Those interested may only enroll in one course.
