Aishwarya Sushmita said about her experience before making her name in acting, “When I entered the industry, I heard many such things. Different people have told different stories. I was a model then, I didn’t sign up for acting. Of course these things had an effect on me. People used to say, ‘If you don’t sleep with them, you won’t get a job and that’s the only way.’
Aishwarya regularly gave auditions to get acting opportunities. He was also afraid of the issues of negative proposals. Referring to these facts, Aishwarya Sushmita said, “The founder of a magazine told me, ‘You look beautiful. But you have to meet people.’ I was 20 years old then, I was scared to hear these things. But I never wanted to compromise on values and morals. I wanted to start my journey. I was confident and followed what my heart told me.”
Not only in the film industry, but also in corporates. Aishwarya Sushmita said, ‘If you adopt this path, it will take you somewhere. But this is not the only way to break into the industry. I remember this experience when a director and casting director call untimely. That way you can achieve their goals. Remember, no one is forcing you. It’s always your choice. This happens not only in our industry, but in all other industries as well. Even in the corporate sector.’
