Cathy Hummels has been single since splitting from ex-husband Mats Hummels. On Instagram, she now asks her followers for dating tips. But they don’t react the way Hummels might have hoped.

Was around 15 years Cathy Hummels with soccer player Mats Hummels. Cathy Hummels has been single since the split, while her ex is repeatedly photographed with other women.

But the 35-year-old is struggling with a new love after the long-term relationship, as she openly admits on Instagram. There she even asked her followers for dating tips.

The photos from her latest posting would also be well suited for a dating profile: She is wearing a transparent, black lace top with a deep V-neckline and black sequined trousers with fringes. Her hair is twisted into loose curls.

“Single like a Pringle… And yes I’m having a hard time finding love because I’ve been in a relationship for a very long time. I don’t even know how it works anymore so dating. Any tips?” she writes to the picture about it.

But the post is not as popular with her fans as she might have thought. Many of the “tips” that are posted are written in a condescending or even cynical way.

“So if you’re really interested in ‘any tips’ from here: Less self-pity and greed makes you attractive and less nudity would be something too!” Writes a follower. Other comments point in the same direction.

Another writes that Hummels should be “less artificial and media-hungry” and “stay relaxed and not search desperately.” Her photos would “only attract drooling old farts”.

Fans also seem to be addressing Hummels’ Playboy shoot. The issue with her on the cover was published in June.

But there are also friendly comments on Instagram: “Dear Cathy, I felt the same way and today I’m happy with my divorce lawyer,” writes a follower. “Men’s fantasies or not, I like your outfit. And as far as dating is concerned: don’t look too hard,” encourages another.
