The CD Villacañas has already closed seven friendly matches to prepare for its league debut on September 8 in the Castilla-La Mancha group of the Third Federation, although it is possible that more may be added.
In total, there will be seven matches. It should be noted that the team managed by Fernando Lominchar will start training next Friday, July 26, at the Las Pirámides field. They will face their first match on Thursday, August 1, at home, against a superior category rival, CD Illescas. The Trofeo Toribio Santos will take place at 20:30 hours.
Additionally, the next confirmed match will not be until August 18, at the Ferias de Quintanar de la Orden Trophy, which will be played at Alfonso Viller García Los Molinos against CD Quintanar, starting at 19:30 hours. Moreover, on August 22, the red-and-white team will travel to La Fuensanta to face Conquense, a team also in the Second Federation.
Likewise, on August 25, CD Villacañas will host Daimiel Racing CF at Las Pirámides Toribio Santos, at 20:00 hours.
On August 28, the IV Tournament of the Three Villas is scheduled to take place in Villacañas. It will be a triangular tournament in which CD Villa and Villarrubia CF will also participate. Finally, the last scheduled match will be on September 1, at home, against Atlético Tomelloso.
