The Spanish Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (CEAJE) and FP Pro, an educational institution specializing in Vocational Training, have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of offering Vocational Training cycles to the more than 18,500 CEAJE associates, thus promoting the pleasure of creating companies and reentrepreneurship in Spain.
CEAJE continues to bet on training as a basis for the creation of new businesses. For this reason, based on this agreement, it will join forces to promote Vocational Training as a path to entrepreneurship hand in hand with FP Pro.
Focusing on students and companies, FP Pro aims for its students to reach their best professional version through a cutting-edge educational model, focused solely and exclusively on developing their full potential and connecting them to challenges. competitive and business needs.
After signing the agreement, the president of CEAJE, Fermin Albaladejohas highlighted the importance of acting from the base to get more and more young people to feel that taste for the company: “From CEAJE we continue to defend that our young people have the capacity to generate the change that our country needs. They are innovative, resilient and, above all, they want to add value, but they need to have tools, and training is the key. It is where we have to make efforts to create interest in the business world and make all young people see that they can bet on their projects”.
FP Pro and CEAJE will work on the creation of a “CEAJE Training Cycle”, in which they will provide training in entrepreneurship under the seal of the Confederation, making visible all aspects of business creation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In this way, CEAJE also pursues the retention of talent in our country: “In Spain we have incredible talent among our young people. A talent that we have the obligation to care for and promote so that Spain has the best business competitiveness”has pointed out the president of the Confederation.
For his part, Fran Gallardo, General Director of FP Pro, has indicated: “this agreement is an opportunity for young people who want to train while starting a business.
