Celebrating the one year anniversary of the DMK regime by offering sweets

Chennai: On the occasion of the one year anniversary of the DMK government headed by Chief Minister MK Stalin, DMK workers in various parts of Tamil Nadu celebrated by offering sweets yesterday. The DMK rule led by Chief Minister MK Stalin ended one year yesterday. In turn, at various places in Dharmapuri, the DMK celebrated by offering sweets to the public and exploding firecrackers. The Anna statue at Dharmapuri Four Road was paid homage in the evening by the Eastern District DMK chief and former MLA Thadangam Subramani. Similarly, at the Krishnagiri bus stand, the DMK led by East District DMK Officer Senguttuvan exploded firecrackers and offered sweets to the public.

Namakkal: In Namakkal, East District DMK in-charge Rajeskumar MP planted saplings and distributed sweets to the public.

Nellai: Mayor PM Saravanan and Deputy Mayor KR Raju inaugurated a project to plant 1000 saplings in Nellai Corporation. Neem, Punga and Tamarind saplings were planted. The DMK distributed sweets to the public at the Melacheval bus stand. Similarly, DMK workers across Tamil Nadu exchanged sweets and fireworks.
