Celine Dion took to Instagram on Thursday to share rare photos of herself with her three sons, despite her ongoing battle with stiff-person syndrome.

The singer posted pictures of herself posing with her sons René-Charles, 22, and twins Nelson and Eddy, 13, whom she had with her late husband René Angélil. Dion mentioned in her caption that she and her boys had a great time visiting the Montreal Canadiens after their hockey game with the Vegas Golden Knights in Las Vegas.

“They played so well, what a game!! Thank you for meeting us after the game, guys! That was memorable for all of us,” Dion wrote. “Have a great season! – Celine xx…”

In the photos, Dion appeared in good spirits as she chatted with several team executives in the locker room. This public appearance at the hockey game was her first in nearly four years, marking a rare glimpse into her personal life amidst her ongoing health struggles.

Dion announced her diagnosis of stiff-person syndrome in December 2022, which resulted in the cancellation of the European leg of her “Courage” world tour. The neurological disorder causes stiffness in the muscles of the legs, arms, and torso.

While Dion has been tight-lipped about her condition, her sister Claudette Dion recently revealed that they have yet to find a medicine that works for her, but they remain hopeful. The family has been working with top researchers to find a solution and improve Celine’s health.

Fans expressed their happiness to see Dion smiling and enjoying herself in the photos. Many have missed her and have been concerned about her well-being. Her recent photo dump serves as reassurance that she is doing okay despite her ongoing battle with stiff-person syndrome.

Dion’s fans eagerly await her return to the stage, but for now, they are grateful to see her spending quality time with her sons and finding moments of happiness amidst her health struggles.
