As established by the “Academic Regulations for Scholarships and Earning of Studies granted by the Ministry of Public Health” and in strict compliance with the obligations contracted in inter-institutional agreements, professionals earning scholarships in the specialties of Imaging, Critical Medicine are summoned and Intensive Care, Emergency and Disaster Medicine, Clinical Oncology and Urology of the Central University of Ecuador, of the Pediatric Intensive Care specialty of the Santiago de Guayaquil Catholic University, of the pediatric surgery specialty of the University of Guayaquil and that have with the registration of the fourth level degree in the SENESCYT as established by the Ministerial Agreement 00114-2021, to the process of selection of the position which will take place on Monday, August 7, 2023, in the city of Quito, in the meeting room 5C (fifth floor) of the Government Platform for Social Development located at Av. Quitumbe Ñan s/n and Av. Amaru Ñan, as detailed below:
In order to comply with the established safety protocols, the Ministry of Public Health requests that professionals comply with the following in a mandatory manner:
Safety distance between people. Use of mask. Only the professional receiving the summoned scholarship or their legal representative, if applicable, will be allowed to enter in order to comply with the established capacity. The professional must carry a pen.
REQUIREMENTS: Professionals must have the following documentation:
Identity Card (original carry on the day of the draw) In the event that the professional cannot attend on the date called due to duly justified situations, another person with a notarized power of attorney may do so. Copy of the Certificate of completion of the rural health year or its equivalent. Certificate of registration and qualification of the ACESS of the fourth level title. Registration of the fourth level degree in SENESCYT Copy of the Certificate of approval of the qualification exam for professional practice issued by CACES (applies only to professionals who have registered the third level degree in SENESCYT as of January 1, 2014).
Use:
The requested documentation must be physically presented on the day of the call in the order indicated above. In the case of professionals who have a definitive appointment in this State Portfolio, it is necessary that on the day of the call they present a copy of the corresponding personnel action.
