New Delhi: The central government is planning to sell a total of 13 gold mines in the coming days. These mines are located in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.A total of ten mines are to be auctioned in Andhra Pradesh. Five of these mines will be auctioned on the 26th of this month.
The remaining five mines are scheduled to be auctioned on the 29th of this month. The invitation to participate in this auction was issued last March. No announcement has been made as to when the auction for the remaining three mines will be held. The invitation to participate in the auction for these three mines was issued on May 21. It is noteworthy that in the last financial year alone, a total of 45 mines for various minerals have been sold.
