New Delhi: The central government has clarified that medical students who had to stop their studies from Ukraine and return midway due to the war cannot be admitted to medical colleges in India. In the affidavit filed by the Center in the Supreme Court, it has been stated that there is no such law under the National Medical Commission Act.

The students who did not get merit in the entrance exams of the country went out. Admitting them to colleges in India will lead to complaints. According to the Centre’s affidavit, they cannot afford the fees of private colleges in the country.
