Redevelopment plans for the headquarters of local security firm Certis have been unveiled.
In 2 years time, one of the most progressive, eco-friendly workplaces in Singapore will open in the Paya Lebar area.
It has tied up with property market firm Lendlease.
8 floors of the newly constructed Paya Lebar Green building will be allocated for offices.
A healthy way to work
Facilities like bathing facilities and more than 100 bicycle parking spaces will be set up there.
It will also have a public park.
Depending on how many people are inside the building, the climate will change.
The Certis headquarters are said to be in line with Singapore’s goals of becoming a smart city.
