AOSTA. The passage in the red zone of the Aosta Valley after only one week of orange “has the taste of mockery”. This was stated by CGIL Valle d’Aosta.
“We wonder how it is possible, given the restrictions put in place for a year now, to go from orange to red in the blink of an eye”, reads a union statement. “We were heartened by the statements of the head of the emergency, General Figliuolo, who reassured us on the progress of the Valle d’Aosta vaccination plan, on which our organization has, however, often had doubts, especially as regards the timing”.
According to CGIL, “the news of the return to the red zone within a week is a defeat in the first place of regional policy, which is not clear in which direction it is going and at the same time who is managing the health emergency. But the real victims of all this is once again the workers, the workers and the citizens of Valle d’Aosta “.
