Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz (VP) travels back to Vienna from a trip abroad in Slovenia – he was staying near Ljubljana. As the ORF has now announced, the head of government will comment on the serious allegations live on TV on Wednesday evening. Kurz will be a guest at Martin Thür’s ZiB studio from 10 p.m. Due to current events, the public broadcaster is extending its ZiB 2 to 10.45 p.m. The following programs are shifted back accordingly.

As reported, at 6 p.m. Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen will present his view of the current situation on the sidelines of a celebration to mark the 75th anniversary of APA. The background to this is the new investigation that has become public against Chancellor Kurz and his confidants. New chat messages (see above) puts the troops around the head of government under massive pressure.
